As stated in the previous post below, I was shocked when I first realized the number of christian men and women turning to online “Christian Dating Websites” and the extent of the “Christian Dating Racket” occuring within the christian dating market.

So I Decided To Do Something About It…!

I decided to develop A FREE Christian Website that Helps You, The Single Christian, with Your Need to Find a Like Minded Christian Partner, Without Exploiting Your Pocketbook.

Not only that… I decided to build a bigger & better website than any of those other “christian dating” websites that want to make a profit from you. Not another website where you put a photo up, say a few words, pay the man your money, and that’s all there is to it. I decided that I would create a complete christian dating resource center.

So I built not just one website… but a half dozen of them… a network of websites… all interconnected… all complementing each other… All Free!

A Christian dating social network with the ability to upload and watch videos, an online christian dating video resource center where users watch informative & educational videos and can even contribute their own, public and private christian dating forums, honest reviews of christian dating resources by both myself and by other users, christian dating & other christian social bookmarks that you can use and add to yourself, even a christian dating question and answers website just like Yahoo Answers - but for christians.

What is so special about this concept (besides the sheer magnitude of it)? - It Doesn’t Cost You A Thing!

How The Idea Of The Website Christian-Dating.com.au Originated

To keep a long story short- I was helping a friend to rank 1st place in Google for his christian ministry website and one aspect of SEO is keyword research, so I was looking at who typed what into Google with the word ‘Christian’ in it. To my amazement most of the top searches were by single christians looking for a partner. So I had a look at some of the number 1 ranked sites.

Now… Before I go any further I want to tell you that what I saw angered me.

On the one hand we have sincere christian men and women looking for a christian website where they can make christian friends and hopefully find a prospective christian husband or wife.

On the other hand we have what I call “The Christian Dating Racket”. Over a million “Christaian Dating” websites who promise that - for a fee - they will introduce you to your perfect match.

WHAT A RACKET!

A large number of those websites are owned by people who aren’t even christians! A lot of these websites have been set up by people who have seen a christian niche in the online dating market and are exploiting it to the max just so they can line their pockets with the much loved “allmighty Dollar”.

Just a quick calculation… 1000 members @ $30 month… That’s 30 Grand a month!

Now… To tell you the truth… I could easily do exactly what they’re doing… and all my money worries would be over in an instant…

But that doesn’t help YOU does it!
